About this project

Hi! I'm Yury Vetrov. My professional passion is the intersection of Design Management, Digital Product Design, and Digital Branding. I love to build brands in a holistic way: how it looks, works, and feels. This was my North Star in my recent roles as Brand & Design Director at Muse Group, Raiffeisen Bank Russia & Mail.ru Group.

I publish on Smashing Magazine, UXmatters, and UX Collective, collect the oldest design digest in Russian at jvetrau.com, curate Future London Academy course in London, and run two of the biggest design conferences in Russia.

Algorithm-Driven Design is my little hobby — I'm collecting these examples since 2012. I hope it'll inspire product designers to push our profession to the next level. This is also a nod to one of my teachers, Vladimir Golenkov — the founder of Artificial Intelligence faculty in BSUIR in Belarus (I studied here in 1998–2003).

This website was on hold for the last couple of years, but I just redesigned it and I'm adding new content now (it was sitting in my notes).
